COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Metra Instruments M1010BT-COS-E-IS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Okuma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Freescale-Semiconductor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Okuma such as the OSP700L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MS47SR201200X manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MVME147SC2 by Manufacturer Freescale-Semiconductor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand PLCB0202 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Electron-Machine such as MPR83CWU5 equipment made by Electron-Machine have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electron-Machine products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electron-Machine" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MPR3B1A4DA made by Westinghouse as well as the popular RX2195 original spares produced by Okuma Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MEAF8NX8 by Allen-bradley and MPR83CWU5 spares by Electron-Machine are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R25206 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marsh. |
